I'm Jada Tamia — mom, mentor, business owner, and fourteen years of service behind me. My foundation is a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and an Associate's in Police Science, and my career has moved through medical care, counseling, security, and federal contract work. I've reviewed PSI reports, written probation reports for district officers, and carried responsibility inside the criminal justice system with the kind of detail and discretion that serious work demands. Every role taught me the same non-negotiables: accuracy under pressure, confidentiality when it matters, and the steadiness to guide people through high-stakes moments. That discipline is why I sign with precision across 1,400+ closings, and why I coach with structure that actually holds.
